Declaration on the EU Regulation 1907/2006 on Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH ordinance)
The EU Regulation 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH ordinance) aims to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment. As a company in the plastics processing industry, we commit ourselves to fulfill this objective and to ensure with great care the REACH requirements for our company and our products.
The products manufactured by our company are products (articles) and not chemicals („substances“) in terms of the REACH regulation.
So far, we do not have any information that substances of very high concern (SVHC), listed on the official list of candidates of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) in Helsinki, are included in the raw materials we use or exceed the 0.1% limit.
We are happy to comply with the obligation arising from the REACH Regulation in the context of communication with suppliers and customers within the supply chain. In addition, our company regularly monitors the updating of ECHA’s official list of candidates.
We can assure you that we will take all necessary steps to be able to offer all our products to our customers in the future without any loss due to the new EU chemicals legislation.
As a contact person regarding the topic REACH, Managing Director Kurt-Frederik Aue is available by phone or email.
